Ninth Annual Frances Lever Memorial Writing Contest
Literacy Link Eastern Ontario is pleased to announce the Ninth Annual Frances Lever Memorial Writing Contest for 2012.
The contest is open to all adult LBS learners within our region, and begins on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 with a closing date and time of Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.
We will have categories for the 5 LBS Levels. There will be a winner in each category, and the prize is $50.00!

Controlling Complexity Workshop
An introduction to question structure - by Michael Hardt

Location: Day's Inn and Conference Centre, 11 Benson Street, Kingston
Workshop participants will be introduced to question structure to 'enhance their understanding and control of questions' and learn about a 'question-answering strategy' to teach learners.
